Neysa colizzi
Founder
Neysa Colizzi is educated and trained in engineering, business, and behavioral science and is an expert in helping large companies realize and sustain large-scale change. For the last 15 years, Neysa worked alongside world-renowned experts in the field of change, supporting organizations across geographies and industries in executing their strategies and transformation programs. A significant amount of her time is spent with executives and leaders, teaching them how to effectively sponsor change and facilitating their teamwork and alignment as they engage their staff and other stakeholders to execute their strategies. Neysa also spends a lot of time on the frontline of change, understanding the impacts and motivations for individuals and the challenges of behavior change.
Nonprofit and mission-focused experience… Neysa has served on a number of nonprofit boards and also been involved in starting up nonprofit organizations in the areas of education and community development.
As it relates to the movement… A lifelong animal lover and vegetarian/vegan (self-converted at 10 years old, vegan for 23+ years), Neysa has been working with animal protection and food innovation organizations for the last four years in an effort to make a difference in this world and further the “vegan” through the application of change management, leadership, behavioral science, and strategy execution principles.
Neysa has a bachelor’s of science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and master’s degrees in Business Administration from Kellogg Graduate School of Management and Industrial Engineering from McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University.
